I have been practicing hatha-yoga since 2010. The main Teacher for me was from the very beginning and remains Andrey Siderski (https://onlyfans.com/away?url=https%3A%2F%2Fyogasid.com/), whose principles of building practice are closest to me. I studied all these years and attended intensive courses with great Ukrainian trainers like Oleg Linikh (Kherson), Sergey Plyashechko (Lviv).
In November-December 2019, I attended the first training session on the latest development of Andrey Vladimirovich Siderski’s Yoga Workout Self Adjustment System that was held for two weeks in Kiev.
