I am a former professional ultimate frisbee player, transitioned disc golfer, golfer, and tennis player. I love being active and picking up a new set of skills. I also enjoy being outside and taking photos with my Nikon DSLR. Nature in its purest form can alter your mind to a more calming state and is great for stress relief.
