Sobre o direito de imagem, eu não autorizo você usar minhas imagens ou videos. Constituição prevê que é crime e o código civil afirma que cabe indenização a exposição indevida, ou seja, sem autorização da pessoa. Para isto não necessita a imagem violar a intimidade ou honra da pessoa, bastando que seja publicada sem autorização.
