ジムでワークアウトをする毎にセルフィを載せます。一部セルフィ禁止のジムではその前後どちらかで何らかの画像を撮り載せます。また新しいトレーニンググッズなどを購入したらご報告します。(基本的にはTwitterに載せている画像と同じです。)
応援の気持ちをチップで頂きましたらプロテイン等のサプリメント、トレーニング用品の購入に利用します。

Every time I do a workout at the gym, I post a selfie. Some selfie-prohibited gyms post pictures either before or after the workout. Also, I will let you know if I buy any new training items. (Basically, the images are the same as those posted on Twitter.).
If you give me a tip for your support, I will use it to buy supplements such as protein and training products.
